Venue for the 2ND annual Friendly Fire (Track & Field) Shoot Out™ is Lawton High School. Your host for the Friendly Fire Shoot Out™ is the Lawton Parks & Recreation Department. The Friendly Fire Shoot Out™ is brought to you exclusively by the ЄNDURO Group, LLC.
PURPOSE The purpose of the Friendly Fire (Track & Field) Shoot Out™ is to provide spirited, high energy competition between the military branches as well as the civilian forces, that is family and community oriented, and contested in a friendly atmosphere.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? Employees of the military and civilian forces listed above can compete in the Service Division. Adults who are not employed by the Military or Civilian Forces may choose to represent one of the Open Division teams listed below. Open Division teams are available to the spouse, family and general public. There is also a Youth Division representing each of the military and civilian force teams for youth ages 8 through 18 (based on age on the day of competition). Each participant will represent and compete for one Team in their respective Division.
Remember, you will represent your respective Team regardless which base you are stationed on, which recruiting office you are assigned to, which state you live in or the city in which you live. This enables everyone in each military branch or civilian service to be on the Same Team regardless where you live or are stationed. This is "Friendly Fire" Team competition. And, you can register for Your Team, regardless where you are stationed or live. There is no limit on the number of members that can compete for each Team. And, participation in the "Friendly Fire - Track & Field - Shoot Out" is FREE!

TEAM SCORING Here's how the actual scoring (and awards) is done: The "Shoot Out" will be scored with "Age Grading" results, which means, each age group within your team will compete head-to-head against the other age groups by having their times or marks "Age Graded" to determine the "best" time or mark for each event within your team - regardless of age. Your team's best "Age Graded" time or mark will then be compared to the "Age Graded" times and marks from the other teams to determine the order of finish and final team points. Each gender will compete for their team against the same gender from the other teams. If you place first in your event and gender, you score 10 points for your team. Second place in your event and gender-8 points, third place-6 points, fourth place-5 points, fifth place-4 points, sixth place-3 points, seventh place-2 points, and eighth place-1 point. (All races are timed finals.)
Explanation of "Age Graded" scoring: Our Friendly Fire Shoot Out Track & Field meet management software enables participants in different age groups to compete head-to-head as if they were competing in the SAME age group. The software will Age Grade the results and determine the best over-all time in each event, regardless of age, through the software's unique Age Grading capabilities.

||||||||
|
AWARDS Awards are given to participants with the top three "Age Graded" result in each individual event. The first place "Age Graded" male finisher and female finisher in each event receives a custom, handcrafted 3½ X 5 Friendly Fire Shoot Out plaque. The second & third place Age Graded male finisher and female finisher in each event receives a Friendly Fire Shoot Out Certificate. |
